I have been working with Daniela for a long time and she always goes above and beyond what one would expect from a travel agent. The most recent example is our December 1st trip to Rome. Daniela booked an excellent suite in a central hotel and Tarom flights for me, my wife and our two kids. Then, a few weeks later, Tarom decided to change the return to one day later. As per my request, Daniela immediately talked to the hotel and was successful in obtaining one extra night for the suite at the same nightly rate as the initial promotion secured via a third party reservation system. One week later Tarom also moved the departure to one day later and Daniela was again very helpful in immediately changing the initial flight to Rome on Ryan Air. As we have a lot of unpredictability in travel these days, having a travel agent as dedicated and skillful as Daniela, gives any traveller peace of mind. I highly recommend her.
